Fall Recipes

My favorite season is here again! And here are some of my favorite recipes for the season...

Apple cider doughnuts
Roasted beet salad with walnut vinaigrette
Butternut squash soup with brown butter, sage, cayenne, and blue cheese
Maple-Dijon brussels sprouts with noodles
Pumpkin chocolate chip Bundt cake with chocolate crackle glaze
Pumpkin cupcakes with maple cream cheese frosting

And I have a lot more fall cooking and baking planned, so I'm sure I'll have some new favorites to share soon!

What's on your list of things to make this fall?

Love all of the fall recipes! It's nice to see some fall recipes that aren't apple or pumpkin (as much as I love both.) I have to try your brussel sprouts - they look delish over the egg noodles. Your cake looks great too and I love that crackle glaze - oh yum!

Somehow I have never had an apple cider doughnut and this needs to be remedied this fall! I always look forward to a classic apple pie.

These all look great! I have Stonewall Kitchen cider doughnuts I need to make, and I'm also looking forward to experimenting with more pumpkin and sweet potato recipes this year.

This all sounds delicious! I love your soup photo ... and if you have any interest in making doughnuts and, for example, bringing them tomorrow., I'd be ok with that ;)

I might have some cupcakes… but no doughnuts this weekend… I'll let you know when I make them!

Of course I will! P.S. We had to go to Weymouth today and there's a new place called 1st Stop Coffee… tried a chocolate frosted and butternut doughnut there. I think you need to check it out!

Apple Cider donuts may be my favorite things ever! I may have to attempt the boiling oil and try making them!
